PERMAX 120 is a 100% acrylic, highly reflective elastomeric coating designed for coating SPF in roof and wall applications to provide UV and weather protection of SPF.  This water-based coating is typically installed in multi-coat applications to create a high-build membrane inclusive of PERMAX White Roof Granules for maximum roof surface protection.  High permeability, tensile strength and elongation make this an excellent SPF coating for roofing in drier climates of Southwest, not subject to severe freeze thaw conditions or ice damage.
