Below are some common questions about how to use the BES Binder:

Visit the sign in page and complete the sign up form. Each time you visit the web site, be sure to log in via the home page or the sign up page so that you can add documents as you navigate the site.
How do I log into my BES Binder?
When you visit the web site, you have two options to log in.
- Home page - in the lower left hand corner of the home page, you can enter your user name and password to access your binder.
- BES BINDER Icon - in the upper right hand corner of the home page (above the search box), you will see a BES Binder icon. Click "login" and it will direct you to the login page. Enter your username and password to access your binder.
How do I know if I'm logged into my BES Binder?
Once you've logged into your binder, the BES Binder icon (above the search box) will become clickable with a choice to "logout." If you are not logged in, the icon WILL NOT be clickable and you will see choices to "sign up" or "login."
How do I add documents to my BES Binder?
As you navigate the web site, click on the blue "PLUS" button located next to any downloadable document. You will receive a pop up box on your screen asking you what folder you would like to save the document in. Make your selection and continue to navigate the site for more information!
Can I tell if a document is already in my BES Binder?
Yes. As you navigate the site (and you are logged into your BES Binder) you will notice "GREEN" check marks. This indicates that the document is already in your BES Binder. Simply download it from the product page or from you binder.
Can I still download a document from the website if it is in my binder?
Yes. The binder is an organizational tool to help you access those documents you may need to reference on a consistent basis.
